We focus on what we do best: houses and residential homeowners. We don’t offer commercial duct cleaning. While we’re there, many customers add dryer vent cleaning — same visit, same careful work.

How do I know if my ducts actually need cleaning?

Common signs are dust that returns quickly after cleaning, musty smells when the air runs, visible debris at the vents, and heavy pet hair or renovation dust. Our inspection camera shows you the real condition of your ducts, so you can decide based on what’s actually in there.

What does the sanitizing step do?

After cleaning, we can apply an HVAC-approved sanitizer to help freshen the ductwork and reduce odors. It’s optional — we’ll tell you honestly whether it makes sense for your home.

Do you clean ducts in commercial buildings?

No — our duct cleaning service is for residential homes only. That focus lets us do careful, detailed work with the right equipment for houses.
